Sign Up for Tryouts
Register via the form pinned on our Instagram, also available on our website. Select your preferred team(s). Details will be sent by email. Wear comfortable clothing no jewellery.

Show Up & Perform
Evaluated based on each team’s specific criteria — from stunt and tumbling to dance. Enthusiasm and motivation matter just as much as technical skill.

Get Your Results
Results are shared via email approximately one week after tryouts. Slightly different criteria apply for each team. Questions? Reach out to us on Instagram.

Strong physical fitness. We build on your existing base.

Cheerleading is a team sport. Attendance at every training is important.

English Proficiency
Our main communication language is English — international team.
🎓
UM Enrollment
Must be enrolled at UM or a partner institution. UM Sports membership required.
Criteria by Team
WHAT EACH TEAM NEEDS
LEGENDS
Gymnastics, dance, or strength background is a plus, but not required. What matters most is attitude, work ethic, and readiness to learn — technical skills are built with experienced coaches. Competing at Senior Coed Level 4.
HEROES
No specific skills required. We look for spirit, coordination, and coachability. Dance, tumbling, or strength experience is a bonus — any sport background is welcome. Senior Coed Level 3.
WARRIORS
No prior experience required. Great attitude and willingness to learn. Commitment to training sessions is the main requirement.
SIRENS
No dance experience required — just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Sirens trains and competes at national level in Pom Dance.
